The Parent Teacher Group (PTG) is a dedicated group of parents who provide channels of communication between the school and parents, address the needs of classroom teachers, create community-building events, and lead fundraising efforts that enhance the student and campus experience.
Together, the School Administration and the PTG strongly believe that family involvement and participation in school activities is not only a means to show our support for our children, the faculty, and the school, but is also necessary to maintain and expand many of the academic and extracurricular services offered by the school to our children.Math Festival | Teacher Classroom Funds |

A long-standing St. Pius School community tradition, the annual auction is our largest community celebration and a critical fundraising event that secures financial support for exceptional faculty and programming, and other vital resources that benefit all our students. It is our biggest fundraiser of the year and 100% of the net proceeds fund additional resources for our students. The auction is also one of the great community-building events we host here at St. Pius School.
How do I RSVP to attend the Auction?
Invitations to the Auction will be emailed to all current parents and St. Pius parishioners we have in our contacts at the end of January with an RSVP link on this page. Your reservation includes hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and entertainment. Additional drink tickets, wine for the table, transportation, and VIP services are to be offered at the time of ticket purchase.
Can I choose my own table or seat?
Guests are welcome to organize a table (up to parties of 8) and request each other when submitting your RSVP, but that's not the only way! Requests will be honored as best as possible; some will have to be accommodated accordingly if the requests do not work. We have a dedicated group of volunteers who will make sure you are at a great table with other parents in your child's grade. To guarantee a complete table for your guests or preferred group, please consider a VIP table for your party.
What should I wear?
The dress Code will be cocktail attire. Visit our Cirque de Soiree Lookbook for inspiration (Coming Soon)
