Parent Teacher Group

The Parent Teacher Group (PTG) is active in many aspects of the school community. Each school family is asked to participate in the activities in whatever way they can. All of the activities are a great way to meet other parents and accumulate service hours, as all PTG activities and events are organized and staffed by parent volunteers.

The PTG is responsible for:
New Parent Orientation Dinner
First Day of School Coffee
Back to School Night Refreshments
Open House Refreshments
Last Day of School Breakfast

There are general parent meetings with informative topics of interest to parents. Previous topics have included: Online Safety, Missing Children Prevention Tips, Family Giving Night, Raising Responsible Children.

Other activities include family socials and fundraising to subsidize the rising cost of tuition.

Wrapping Paper Sales
Poinsettia Sales
Hot Lunch and Pizza Lunch Programs
Annual Auction

Over the years, PTG fundraisers have helped cover the cost of new hallway lighting, classroom countertops, air conditioning, technology and landscaping, including a renovated field, benches, vegetable and rose gardens, and trees.
